All equipment is reserved specifically for your event and removed from our available inventory, making it unavailable for other customers. Because of this, and as stated in our Rental Agreement, all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations and rescheduling requests are treated as the same.
Client Cancellations
If you choose to cancel for any reason, all payments you have made at the time of cancelation (including the Retainer and any balance paid) will be forfeited.
Rescheduling / Postponements
Requests to change delivery or event dates are subject to availability and must be approved by us in writing. Rescheduling is treated the same as a cancellation unless we agree otherwise in advance. All payments remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
Weather-Related Cancellations
We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to weather. We strongly recommend that you obtain event insurance that includes coverage for inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
Important: Time is of the essence. If you need to cancel, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
