Such An Easy And Great Experience
Working with PLAY Event Rentals was such an easy and great experience. I needed to book someone to set up A/V for a meeting at a large event. It was super last minute, I think I booked them only a week before the event started and despite the scramble on my end, they were able to make time for me and got me all the quotes, invoices and information very quickly. Tony, the owner, was lightening fast a responding to all my emails, even when I messaged him late at night the evening before the event with last minute changes. He arrived early and set up quickly. He was also patient with me, taking time to explain the equipment and how to work everything I needed to interact with. His customer service was amazing and he was overall just a very nice person and great to work with. I would 100% recommend PLAY Event Rentals.

PLAY Event Rentals really delivered! They were wonderful, quick, and responsive from the moment I requested a quote. They helped us choose equipment for our event and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly.
They were on-time and very patient as they set-up the projector, sound system, and other equipment for our event, as we were having a few issues with our setup in the morning. In the evening when they came back to pick up the equipment we barely even noticed they came. They quietly took everything down and left. We will always choose PLAY for any event we host in the greater Seattle area.
I contacted 7 companies for quotes, even had a contract with another one before they went MIA just a couple of weeks before our event. I wish I could add more stars to this review… I just had the best experience working with PLAY. I’m an event planner and needed audio rentals for my out of town musicians. From the very beginning, Tony went above & beyond as he offered to call the musicians to double confirm we were going to have all the correct items. THEN when they added a few things to list he immediately went out of his way to purchase the extra materials since it was last minute. He was BEYOND professional and is extremely responsive. The musicians even said “This was the best setup we have ever had” and they barely needed to tweak things during sound check. I’m SO thankful for PLAY Event Rentals and highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks so much, Tony!

We called PLAY Event Rentals to rent a video screen last minute. We made several calls to other vendors and they were all too high priced and unwilling to move as quick as we needed – and we understand that sometime last minute events are hard to accommodate. Needed a sound system for our company’s golf tournament. They had just the right package available, and I was able to book it online, which was super convenient.
