How It Works
Renting with PLAY couldn’t be easier. Here’s our signature rental process, in six simple steps:
STEP 1: BROWSE OUR GEAR
Visit our Rental Shop and browse our vast inventory of industry-standard equipment. See something you like? Add it to your rental cart.
Don’t speak pro audio? Need help with selecting the right A/V equipment? Can’t find something you are looking for? Our staff of working professionals is ready to share our experiences and help you select the “right” gear for your event. Chat with us online or call us at 253.200.3452 during our normal business hours.
STEP 2: SUBMIT YOUR RENTAL CART
Once you’ve built your Rental Cart, submit your order! We’ll review your list of equipment and, if we’ve notice you forgot an item or we need to clarify something in regards to your order, we’ll be in touch so we can get it right the first time.
STEP 3: SIGN YOUR PAPERWORK
As part of the confirmation process, you will need to sign a Card Authorization Agreement & Rental Agreement, as well as upload a photo copy of your valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID. For your convenience, you can securely eSign these documents within your Account Dashboard. While Adobe Sign offers bank-standard encryption and SSL technology, we understand if you are more comfortable filling out these documents offline and emailing them to us at Billing@PLAYEventRentals.com
Once the paperwork is completed, your rental order will be confirmed. That means one more thing you can check off your to-do list. It doesn’t get any easier than that.
STEP 4: DELIVERY
On your scheduled Delivery day, we will meet you, or your authorized representative, at the confirmed venue and at the confirmed time specified on your order sheet.
Setup for most orders is self-explanatory, but if A/V equipment just isn’t your thing, you can always hire us to do Setup and Strike!
STEP 5: PLAY
This one is all you! Of course, if you have any questions or need help, we’ll be available via our after-hours phone number to help you.

STEP 6: PICKUP
Simply pack your rental order up the best you can – we don’t expect it to be perfect, but do wrap your cables and clean your items to avoid cleaning fees – and store it in the designated area for pickup by our staff.
