The Electro-Voice ETX-18SP is an 18-inch powered subwoofer – it adds the deep, felt bass that top speakers alone can’t produce. It sits on the floor beneath your mains and fills out the low end so a dance floor actually moves. It isn’t a standalone speaker – it handles only bass, so it’s rented alongside powered tops like the ZLX or ETX, never on its own.
