Reserve Online
Browse the shop, pick your dates, and reserve in minutes. Once you book, that gear is held for your exact dates.
Delivery & Setup
We deliver to your venue (priced by distance) and set everything up - included in every rental.
Takedown & Pickup
When the event is done, you’re done - we come back to strike and load out, so there’s no teardown by you.
Legendary Support
Before, during, or after - real event pros, on the phone, every time.
Reserve now, or request a quote
Already know what you need? Set your dates on any item and add it straight to your reservation - we hold it for you, no back-and-forth. New to all this? Even better - tell us about your event and we’ll handle the gear for you. You don’t need to know a thing about AV; that’s our job.
Terms & logistics
30% Retainer
A non-refundable 30% retainer reserves your gear and dates. The balance is due 7 days before delivery and auto-charges to the card on file.
Dates & buffers
Pricing is per day with multi-day discounts. We auto-reserve a setup/return buffer so gear is never double-booked.
Delivery zones
Setup & strike are included; delivery is priced by distance across Puyallup, Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue & Olympia.
